" I would like some one to take over my contract which is 40 weeks contract i have finished half of the period so i want some one to replace me starting from February- June ( 20 weeks) and it cost 84 pounds every week the total amount from February until jun is around 1680 pounds should be paid in advance. if there is anyone interested , he/she could sign the contract next month and deposit which is 200 pounds is already paid.this is the link to see the room and the facilities :
